How can I get a replacement card, if my card is worn out or not working properly? To order a replacement card, if your card is worn out or not working properly you can call a Customer Service Professional at 1-800-972-3030 or visit your nearest branch. You can continue to earn money back until the balance on your Card is less than 10 cents. At that point, you will stop earning money back (because 5% of an amount less than 10 cents is less than half a cent, and the Award Sponsor rounds earnings to the nearest whole cent).

If you return an item on which you earned money back, the Award Sponsor reserves the right to deduct the money you earned from your Card balance.
